What is included in my registration fee?

The registration fee includes 3-day access to the conference, free access to exhibition booths, and meals as follows:

Friday: Morning break, lunch at Zest Restaurant, Afternoon break, Free flow coffee/tea

Saturday: Morning break, lunch at Zest Restaurant, Afternoon break, Free flow coffee/tea

Sunday: Morning break, lunch at Zest Restaurant, Free flow coffee/tea


Note: Accommodation and parking are not included [ Refer here for hotel booking


Car parking rates:

In-house guests are entitled to complimentary parking (max. 2 cars per room)

Event guests: RM12.00 nett per car/day (Basement parking)

Valet parking: RM23.00 per car/day


How do I register for NPC 2026?

You can register HERE under individual registration OR group registration. Please refer to the provided guidelines for detailed, step-by-step instructions. 


For Individual Registration:

STEP 1: Sign Up / Log In

STEP 2: Add Members and Select Ticket Category

STEP 3: Validate membership (if applicable)

STEP 4: Fill in Registration Form

STEP 5. Click Pay by Ipay88 for payment through online , credit card / debit card or e-wallet


For Group Registration (up to a maximum of 10 pax):

STEP 1: Sign Up / Log In

STEP 2: Add Members and Select Ticket Category

STEP 3: Validate membership (if applicable)

STEP 4: Fill in Registration Form

STEP 5. Repeat STEP 2-4 for all members under your group

STEP 6. Click Pay by Ipay88 for payment through online , credit card / debit card or e-wallet


You should be able to receive 2 emails:

Registration confirmation after the admin of NPC registration has verified the registration

The ticket will be sent to each individual participant’s email

(MPS Tax Invoice & Official Receipt can be downloaded after payment is received and verified)


Can I register for NPC 2026 and pay by LPO?

Yes. You can register here under Group Registration (up to 10pax per group) and select 'Pay by LPO/LOU/PO/HRDC’ when proceeding to the payment page. Please refer to the provided guidelines for detailed, step-by-step instructions.


STEP 1. Sign Up/Log in through website NPC2026 your profile as Group Leader

STEP 2: Add Members and Select Ticket Category

STEP 3: Validate membership (if applicable)

STEP 4: Fill in Registration Form

STEP 5. Repeat STEP 2-4 for all members under your group

STEP 6: Click 'Pay by LPO/LOU/PO/HRDC'

STEP 7: e-Perolehan Application*

STEP 8. Submit signed LPO/LOU/PO/HRDC (.pdf)


* Kindly complete the e-Perolehan application prior to submitting a signed LPO (.pdf). Please write to npcregistration@mps.org.my to obtain LPO account payment details and documentation, you should be able to receive a reply from us within 3 working days. Your progress will be saved under your profile, do login anytime to continue the registration.

What payment methods are accepted by NPC 2026?

NPC 2026 uses Ipay88 for payments. 


Via Ipay88 you may pay using:

• Credit / Debit Card (Union Pay)

• Online banking (Duitnow / FPX)

• E-wallet (Boost, Grab, MAE, MCash, Setel, ShopeePay, SPay Later, TnG)

• Buy Now Pay Later


How can I confirm my payment and registration is successful?

You will receive 2 emails upon successful registration:

• 1st email - Registration payment confirmation after the admin of NPC registration has verified the payment

• 2nd email - the ticket will be sent to each individual participant’s email

(MPS Tax Invoice & Official Receipt can be downloaded after payment is received and verified)


I have registered, but I did not receive the confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder. You will receive 2 emails upon successful registration.

If you did not receive the email, please contact us via the support chat on the event page or email to npcregistration@mps.org.my.


Why can't I register as a member even after my membership has been approved?

The membership approval process takes 7 to 10 working days, as membership approvals require Council Approval as per the constitution Clause 4 (C).

a) Membership Application Council Approval Timelines: Friday to Monday

b) Membership Application Approval Communication to member: Tuesday to Wednesday


Therefore, kindly note if you submit your membership application AFTER the cut-off day for Council Approval (Friday), it will be processed in the next batch of membership approvals.

MPS Membership Application


I have registered for the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC). What happens if I am unable to attend the Convention on the day?

If you cannot attend the NPC on the day, you may transfer your registration to another person (T&C applies). 

Kindly email us at npcregistration@mps.org.my as soon as possible at least one (1) month prior to the event before or on Thursday, 25 June 2026 (11:59 pm) to allow us to process the necessary arrangements. 


Terms & Conditions:

Transfer from MPS member to Non-MPS member - Price difference shall be borne by the participant replacing you

b)    Transfer from Non-MPS member to MPS member - Refund by MPS after any statutory deductions e.g. SST

c)    In the case of initial registration was made during the early bird period and the transfer of registration is made after, no additional payment is required. 


Disclaimer: MPS has no authority nor responsibility to recommend/suggest candidates as your replacement. Details of your replacement (including name, membership no., IC/passport etc.) shall be clearly stated in the email.

How may I obtain the list of delegates that attend the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)?

The NPC Organising Committee is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). As such, we are not allowed to share any personal information.


I am an employer and would like to obtain the attendance of my employee attending the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC). What do I need to do?

If you are the employer and need your employees’ attendance, kindly write to us in advance at npcregistration@mps.org.my. In your email, kindly indicate your intent, list your employee’s name with proof, and provide the decision maker’s contact information. Please expect 3-5 working days to reply to your email.

Alternatively, your employee shall be able to furnish a certificate of attendance for attending all 3 days.
