PROGRAMME

Is this year's National Pharmacists Convention (NPC) hybrid or phsical? Will there be any live streaming?

The NPC 2026 will be conducted physically only. There will be no live streaming available.

Are all sessions in the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC) recorded? If yes, how may I obtain the recordings?

Due to the confidentiality of data shared by our speakers, the sessions will not be recorded. We highly encourage participants to attend in person to fully engage with the sessions.

May I record the different sessions with a digital device? Do I have to obtain any permission?

• Personal use: You may discreetly record sessions for personal reference, provided it does not cause any disruption.

• Live streaming or mass dissemination: Prior permission must be obtained from the NPC Organising Committee.

• The committee reserves the right to stop any disruptive or inappropriate activity.

What is the difference between plenary, breakouts, and forum?

• Plenary: A keynote lecture by a distinguished speaker on a chosen topic and usually sets the stage for the whole event. During plenary sessions, all delegates will usually gather in the main hall.

• Breakout: A focused discussion session for participants with shared interests.

• Forum: A panel discussion on a specific topic, usually featuring multiple speakers or experts.

Are there any Question-and-Answer sessions in any forum or breakout? If yes, may I submit my questions ahead of time for the panellist or speaker to address?

Q&A sessions may be conducted, depending on time availability. Advance submissions are not accepted. All questions must be asked during the session.

May I get a copy of the speaker's slides?

Delegates who wish to receive a copy of the speaker’s slides must write to npcregistration@mps.org.my. However, the availability of the slides depends on the speaker’s consent. Please expect 3-5 working days to reply to your email.

May I have the speaker's contact details?

Due to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we are unable to share personal contact information. However, you may approach the speaker directly after their session or formally request assistance by emailing npcregistration@mps.org.my. We will forward your request to the speaker, and a response may take 3–5 working days.
