ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
How can I submit an abstract and where can I find more information?
Abstracts must be submitted via the MPS Event Portal.

Please note that the NPC website provides event information only. All abstract submissions must be made through the MPS Event Portal.
When will I know whether my abstract has been accepted or rejected?
The corresponding author will receive a system-generated notification email once the review process is completed.
The review timeline will be communicated on the NPC website and via email.
What are the possible review outcomes?
Abstracts reviewed by the Scientific Committee may receive one of the following statuses:
- Accepted : If your abstract is accepted
- Rejected: If your abstract is rejected
- Revision: If your abstract needs revision
Can I revise my abstract after submission?
Edits are not allowed after submission.
Revisions can only be made if a “Revision Required” notification is issued by the system, and must be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Is conference registration required if my abstract is accepted?
Yes. All accepted presenters must register for NPC 2026 and complete payment of registration fees (either personally or via their organisation).
Failure to register or complete payment by the specified deadline will result in withdrawal of the abstract from the final programme.
Where are the accepted abstracts going to be published?
Once registration and payment are verified, accepted abstracts will be:
Included in the Final Scientific Programme, and
Published in the Malaysian Journal of Pharmacy under the Proceedings of the National Pharmacists Convention 2026 https://mjpharm.org/
Do I need to submit my poster or presentation slides separately?
Yes. Accepted presenters will receive instructions via email on:
Presentation format and timing
Poster or Oral presentation guidelines
A soft copy of the final poster or presentation must be submitted via the designated Google Form by the stated deadline.
