REFUND POLICY

REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERM FOR NPC 2026

Our refund policy for the National Pharmacists Convention 2026 (NPC 2026) is outlined below.


Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend NPC 2026, you may transfer your registration to another person (terms and conditions apply).

Kindly email npcregistration@mps.org.my at least one (1) month prior to the event before or on Thursday, 25 June 2026 (11:59 pm) to allow us to process the necessary arrangements.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing to npcregistration@mps.org.my 

      - A refund of the registration fee less a 10% administrative fee will be made.

     - A refund of the registration fee less a 50% administrative fee will be made.

     - No refunds will be made , including for registrations submitted after 25 June 2026.


Disclaimer

The above cancellation terms apply under all circumstances, including cases where a visa is officially refused for the participant and/or accompanying person.

Payment for refunds or cancellations will be processed within one (1) month after the event, subject to the receipt of complete information
