What is the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)?
The National Pharmacists Convention (NPC) is the flagship annual event of the Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS), bringing together pharmacists from diverse sectors to engage in knowledge-sharing, professional development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As healthcare evolves, NPC 2026 aims to strengthen pharmacy’s contribution to, and impact on, primary healthcare.

What is the significance of this year's theme?
NPC 2026 theme: “Think Health, Think Pharmacist,” aligns with the global campaign developed and led by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and underscores our commitment to strengthening pharmacy’s contribution to, and impact on, primary healthcare.
Who are the Organising Committee of the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)?
The NPC Organising Committee is appointed annually.
For 2026, the Chairperson is Prof Dr Mai Chun Wai, a faculty member at IMU University, serving in the Institute for Research, Development, and Innovation (IRDI).

Will we be issued certificates for attending the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)?
E-certificates will be issued to delegates who attend the entire 3-day convention.
No daily or session certificates will be provided for partial attendance. Attendance is tracked daily and you may need to complete a post-convention survey before downloading your certificate.
How many CPD points will I get for attending the National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)?
Attending all 3 days of the Convention earns you 20 CPD points.
I am unable to attend the whole NPC. How will that affect my CPD points?
CPD points are only awarded to delegates who attend the entire Convention.
MPS does not award partial CPD points for incomplete attendance.
